She has been working as creative director at TBWA / Istanbul for four years. And during the last three years the agency has been named the agency of the year in Turkey according to the number of awards achieved such as Crystal Apple and the annual survey of the business magazine Capital.

Her work has been recognized internationally at various festivals such as Golden Drum or Cannes Lions 2010 for her campaign “Need space?”For Ikea.
