Before McCann, Ale worked at Agency Republic in London-four times Agency of the Year-and before that Framfab/LBi.

Her work has won various awards, most recently the Cannes Cyber Lyons for Golden Grahams and OneShow Interactive, D&AD and NY Festivals for MasterCard’s Priceless Picks.

Ale also loves helping others out. That’s why while in London she co-founded SheSays, an initiative to help women further their careers in digital and technology. Ale also teaches the prestigious Master Class for HyperIsland.

Ale grew up in the Amazon jungle in Brazil but in 1990 swapped monkeys for computers. Ale has been obsessed with all things digital ever since. She regularly speaks at conferences, writes opinion pieces for magazines and blogs. She was also elected top 25 ‘women in tech to watch’ by always on conference in Stanford, CA.
